Refunds & Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original condition and packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Personalized items
- Sale items (unless defective)
- Intimate apparel and swimwear
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at support@example.com to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
- Include your order number and return reason with your package.
- Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@example.com. Please include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
